بعد إدراج حزب الله وأنصار الله في قائمة الإرهاب… العراق يوضح ويتعهد بتصحيح الخطأ

بعد إدراج حزب الله وأنصار الله في قائمة الإرهاب… العراق يوضح ويتعهد بتصحيح الخطأ

أثار نشر جريدة الوقائع العراقية لقرار لجنة تجميد أموال الإرهابيين رقم (61) لسنة 2025، والذي شمل حزب الله اللبناني وأنصار الله اليمني ضمن قائمة تضم 24 كياناً “إرهابياً”، غضباً شعبياً واسعاً في العراق.

اللجنة أوضحت في بيان صدر بتاريخ 4 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2025 أن إدراج هذه الكيانات جاء نتيجة نشر القائمة قبل استكمال تنقيحها، مؤكدة أن الموافقة العراقية اقتصرت فقط على الأفراد والكيانات المرتبطين بتنظيمي داعش والقاعدة، وبناءً على طلب من ماليزيا واستناداً إلى قرار مجلس الأمن 1373.

وأكدت اللجنة أن الخطأ سيُصحَّح في العدد المقبل من جريدة الوقائع العراقية عبر رفع أسماء الكيانات غير المرتبطة بداعش والقاعدة من القائمة.
