بعد صدور العدد الجديد لجريدة الوقائع العراقية و المتضمن البراءة من الشرفاء ، نزل كتاب جديد خجول يتحدث عن ان ما ورد قد (ورد سهواً)! و لمن لا يعرف شيئاً عن جريدة الوقائع العراقية نقول : انها جريدة تنشر القوانين بعد المصادقة عليها من جميع الجهات و بعد مرورها بالسلطات الاربع التنفيذية و التشريعية و الرئاسية والقضائية، بعد فلاتر تدقيق كثيرة، لذلك ترى بعض القوانين التي يصادق عليها مجلس النواب تتأخر بالتنفيذ انتظاراً لنزولها في جريدة الوقائع الرصينة التي لا تقبل السهو! أيَّ سهوٍ و هذا قانون قد يتضمن دماً او مالاً او اي حقٍ آخر..
