The leader of the Al-Hikma Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, announced his support for the Prime Minister's steps to strengthen the economic partnership with the United States, considering it part of the Strategic Framework Agreement. Al-Hakim explained that plans to increase oil production require extensive international investments and partnerships.

In another context, al-Hakim stressed the necessity of restricting weapons to the authority of the state, emphasizing that the decision of war and peace falls under the jurisdiction of parliament, and warning of the repercussions of targeting neighboring countries.
