For the Axis of Resistance, this law confirms what has long been argued: Israel is not a democracy with flaws but an apartheid regime executing a settler-colonial project. The law strips away any remaining pretense of equal rights. Iran and Hezbollah will use this to galvanize regional sentiment, reinforcing the narrative that armed resistance is not terrorism but a legitimate response to a state that legalizes execution based on ethnicity. Palestinian resistance factions, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad, will frame the law as a declaration of war on their people, potentially hardening negotiation positions and diminishing prospects for any future prisoner exchange. The law also strengthens the legal case before the International Criminal Court, providing documented evidence of systematic discrimination.
