🩸🩸🩸 Blood Beneath the Rubble: The Kfar Roummane Massacre Exposes the Falsehood of “Humanity” and Documents the South’s Resilience
Last night was not merely another round of military escalation. It was a blood-soaked chapter of determination in the record of steadfast southern Lebanon. Amid the brutality of the Israeli aggression and the military messages being sent on the ground, the people of the south once again demonstrate that land cannot be defeated when it is watered by the blood of its people and those defending them through civil defense and rescue efforts.
Field Escalation: Resistance Strikes and Israeli Attacks
On the ground, Israeli Channel 12 acknowledged a breach of Israel’s air force and defense systems, reporting that Hezbollah launched two explosive-laden drones last night toward concentrations of Israeli occupation forces and troops in southern Lebanon. This indicates the continued ability of the resistance to maintain deterrence and exert a direct impact on the battlefield.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces continued their frenzied attacks on towns, villages, and civilians:
• Eastern Zawtar and Mifdoun: The outskirts of both towns came under intense Israeli artillery shelling, according to Al-Manar correspondent reports.
• Mansouri: Israeli forces carried out a large-scale detonation inside residential areas of the town.
• Deir Siryan: Israeli forces conducted an intensive sweep of the area using medium- and heavy-caliber machine guns directed toward the town.
The Kfar Roummane Massacre: Targeting Homes, Trees, and Children
Israeli forces did not limit their attacks to military targets but directly struck residential neighborhoods and rescue teams in the town of Kfar Roummane.
Israeli aircraft carried out a heavy airstrike on a three-story residential building, followed by another strike targeting a civilian vehicle, directly hitting rescuers. According to documented reports from the National News Agency and the Civil Defense in southern Lebanon, the overall death toll in Kfar Roummane has risen to 11 martyrs and 7 injured.
