According to reports from Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA), L’Orient Today, and Anadolu Agency, Israeli forces carried out multiple airstrikes, artillery bombardments, machine-gun attacks, and house demolitions across southern Lebanon.
🔴 1. Israeli Airstrikes
Four Israeli airstrikes were documented on Sunday morning:
▪️ Al-Mansouri (المنصوري) – Tyre District: Two Israeli airstrikes beginning at approximately 9:00 AM.
▪️ Tallousa (طلوسة) – Marjayoun District: One Israeli airstrike targeting the village.
▪️ Kfar Tebnit (كفرتبنيت) – Nabatieh District: One Israeli airstrike targeting the area.
💥 2. House Demolitions and Explosions
▪️ Bayout al-Siyad (بيوت الصياد) – South of Tyre: Israeli forces detonated and demolished several residential houses between approximately 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM on Sunday.
▪️ Haddatha (حداثا) – Bint Jbeil District: Israeli forces blew up several houses shortly after 10:00 PM on CD Saturday, October 10. The explosions were reportedly heard as far away as Zahrani.
🔥 3. Israeli Artillery Bombardment
Israeli artillery targeted numerous villages and surrounding areas throughout the night and Sunday.
▪️ Al-Mansouri: Israeli artillery shelling targeting the area.
▪️ Majdal Zoun: Intermittent artillery bombardment.
▪️ Wadi Zebqine: Israeli artillery shells struck the valley.
▪️ Aita al-Jabal: Artillery bombardment targeting the area.
▪️ Mayfadoun: Heavy shelling reported around midnight.
▪️ Zawtar al-Sharqiyah: Multiple Israeli artillery shells landed in the area.
▪️ Nabatieh al-Fawqa: Israeli artillery bombardment targeting the town.
▪️ Kfar Tebnit: Israeli artillery shelling in addition to the reported airstrike.
▪️ Wadi al-Slouqi: Intensive Israeli artillery bombardment reported after 2:00 AM.
▪️ Baraachit: Shelling targeted the outskirts of the village.
▪️ Beit Yahoun–Baraachit: Intermittent artillery fire between the two villages.
▪️ Yater: Israeli artillery fire reportedly killed a retired Lebanese soldier while he was visiting his olive grove.
More than 10 artillery shells reportedly struck areas around Mayfadoun, Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, and Kfar Tebnit near midnight.
🔴 4. Machine-Gun Fire, Drone Activity, and Other Attacks
▪️ Kfar Shuba / Wadi Halta: Israeli fire targeted an area where Lebanese residents were harvesting olives.
▪️ Shebaa: Israeli machine-gun fire originated from the military’s Radar position.
▪️ Zawtar al-Sharqiyah and Kfar Tebnit: Israeli machine-gun fire was reported.
▪️ Mais al-Jabal: Gunfire was reported near Doubieh Castle.
▪️ Kounine: Israeli machine-gun sweeps were reportedly directed toward the village.
▪️ Nabatieh al-Fawqa: An Israeli drone reportedly dropped a stun grenade in the town square.
▪️ Arnoun and the Shaqra–Mais al-Jabal area: Israeli illumination rounds were reported overnight.
🩸 5. Reported Casualties During the Olive Harvest
Yater – One killed
A retired Lebanese soldier, identified as Ali S., was reportedly killed by Israeli artillery fire while visiting his olive grove near the village. His body was subsequently recovered by rescue personnel.
Froun – One killed, one injured
Engineer Hussein Ali Ramadan was reportedly killed and another person injured when suspected unexploded Israeli ordnance detonated during the olive harvest.
The Froun incident involved suspected explosive remnants of war, rather than a newly reported Israeli airstrike.
