In remarks attributed to Israeli analyst Zvi Yehezkeli of the Hebrew-language i24NEWS (Channel 15), he argued that Yemeni attacks have exposed serious weaknesses in Saudi Arabia’s defenses, despite the Kingdom possessing some of the most advanced Western weapons and military systems.

Yehezkeli describes what is happening as a

“slow, calculated Iranian revenge,”

targeting three fundamental pillars of Saudi power: its oil, its wealth, and its once seemingly untouchable image.

Militarily, the confrontation is no longer confined to Yemen’s borders. Attacks have reached Saudi energy facilities and airports, creating serious security and economic challenges for Riyadh.

The question these developments raise is clear: What is the value of a military arsenal worth billions of dollars if it cannot protect strategic facilities from missiles and drones?
