Massive Fire Rocks Nablus: Large-Scale Settler Attack Targets Industrial Facility Amid Rapid...

Palestine 🇵🇸 – West Bank

Israeli terrorists attacked an industrial facility (a stone quarry), setting it ablaze 🔥, and seized a residential home 🏠 in Nablus.

Israeli Army Radio also reported that terrorist settlers established four new settlement outposts 🏗️ since yesterday after seizing large areas of Palestinian land 🌍 across the occupied West Bank.

The attack follows a series of deadly incidents over the past few days, including violent nighttime raids 🌙 concentrated in the northern West Bank (Nablus, Tal, Tubas, and Qalqilya). These operations involved raids on the homes of released Palestinian prisoners, the seizure of residential buildings , and their conversion into military outposts .

Clashes, stabbing attacks, and shooting operations—including the Alon Moreh and Havat Gilad attacks—resulted in the deaths of two settlers, while four Palestinians were killed 🕊️ by Israeli forces in the town of Tal and others in Beit Furik. These developments coincided with orders from the Israeli government to launch a broad military operation 🚨.

▪️ Political Background: Exploiting War to Accelerate Settlement Expansion 🏗️

What is unfolding on the ground reflects the implementation of systematic plans pursued by Israel’s most hardline government. The strategy is evident in several key developments:

Secret Decisions & Settlement Outpost Legalization

Earlier reports (particularly in April) revealed that Israel’s Security Cabinet had secretly approved the establishment and consolidation of more than 30 new settlement outposts across the occupied West Bank.

The Role of Settler Militias

The strategy relies on allowing settlers to carry out attacks 🔥, arson, and the forcible seizure of Palestinian land 🌍—as seen around Nablus—after which the far-right Israeli government formally authorizes these outposts and transforms them into permanent settlements

on the ground.

Exploiting Global Distraction 🌍⚠️

The rapid pace of these developments coincides with the international community and global media remaining preoccupied with wider regional conflicts 🌐. This has effectively provided cover for the continued expansion of settlements , land confiscation , and displacement , with little meaningful international pressure or deterrence.

TRUMP:

Ready for a Deal with Iran Under Strict Conditions — Preventing Tehran from Obtaining Nuclear Weapons Remains a Top Priority 🇺🇸🇮🇷⚠️

▪️ 🇺🇸 U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Iran has shown a clear willingness to engage in talks and reach an agreement, adding that he is prepared to listen, although he believes the timing is not yet right to finalize a deal of such magnitude.

▪️ ☢️ Trump stressed that Iran must never be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon under any circumstances, arguing that this is essential to protect Washington, other U.S. cities, Israel , and the entire Middle East 🌍 from the threat of nuclear destruction.

▪️ 🤝 Meanwhile, Sara Masoumi, a journalist closely associated with Iran’s Foreign Ministry, wrote that efforts are continuing to reach a joint framework with the Sultanate of Oman 🇴🇲 for the management of the Strait of Hormuz ⚓, in accordance with Article Five of the Memorandum of Understanding.

▪️ 📝 She emphasized that the identity of the mediator is not the central issue. Rather, the agreed text of the memorandum remains the common reference point for resuming negotiations—provided there is genuine political will and credible diplomacy.

Note: The memorandum referenced is reportedly the same agreement from which the United States previously announced its withdrawal. However, if these reports are accurate, they indicate that a faction within Iran continues to regard the original text as the valid foundation for future negotiations.
