Netanyahu: "I am committed to the vision of Greater Israel"

In an interview with i24 News, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated:

"I feel that I am on a historic and spiritual mission, and I am deeply committed to the vision of 'Greater Israel.'"

It is noted that "Greater Israel" (Hebrew: ארץ ישראל השלמה) is an expansionist idea based on a religious interpretation of the Torah, according to which God promised Abraham a land stretching from the Nile in Egypt to the Euphrates in Iraq, encompassing vast areas of the Middle East.
