New Firearm Seizure Operation in Susya, South of Hebron

Palestine – West Bank
The area of "Susya," south of Hebron, witnessed a suspected shooting operation carried out by a Palestinian against Israeli settlers or soldiers, resulting in one person being injured. A helicopter was dispatched for medical evacuation, and reinforced forces were deployed to the site.
Updates revealed that the Palestinian operative managed to seize an Israeli soldier's weapon and fire into the air before withdrawing with others toward the town of Yatta, south of Hebron, amid intense search operations by the occupation army.
The pursuit ended with the occupation forces announcing the arrest of the operative who had seized the weapon in the southern Hebron Hills area.
It appears that the action taken by Sheikh Farooq Ramadan yesterday in Nablus—when he killed an Israeli officer and a soldier—has served as an inspiration, breaking a psychological barrier against settler arrogance in the West Bank.
