Raad Attacks the Path of the Authority and Direct Negotiations

MP Mohammad Raad in an article for Al-Akhbar newspaper this morning; we publish the key points:

The head of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, Mohammad Raad, considered that

the Lebanese authority is adopting the occupation's narrative against the Resistance by engaging in direct negotiations with Israel without any "pact-based or constitutional mandate."

He accused the authority of seeking to enforce the exclusivity of weapons in exchange for American and international approval.

Raad stated that

the Resistance has fully committed to the ceasefire agreement, while the enemy has exploited what he described as the authority's decision to enforce the exclusivity of weapons to escalate its aggressions and impose its conditions on Lebanon.

He warned that the path of "concessions and acquiescence" threatens the country with major disasters.

He emphasized that the Resistance views confronting the occupation as a defense of Lebanon's sovereignty and dignity, calling for holding accountable anyone who "supports the enemy or provides services to the Zionist project."**
