Newly released data from the International Defense Cooperation (SIBAT) of Israel’s Ministry of Defense reveals that Israeli arms exports reached an all-time record of $19.2 billion in 2025. This marks a 30% increase from 2024 and the fifth consecutive record-setting year.

Europe: The largest regional buyer at $6.9 billion (36%).
Middle East & North Africa (Arab Allies): Purchased $2.9 billion (15%), surpassing sales to North America (13%).
India: The single largest state purchaser of Israeli weapons.
Key Regional Details:
UAE: Established a joint fund with Israel to develop weapons systems, integrated air defense systems, and conducted coordinated military operations against Iran in early 2026.
Morocco: Chose Elbit Systems over France's KNDS in early 2025, becoming Israel's second-largest weapons supplier.
Azerbaijan & Turkmenistan: Azerbaijan sourced roughly 70% of its weapons from Israel, while Turkmenistan acquired Skystriker kamikaze drones from Elbit Systems.
Context:
The surge in sales persists despite international legal actions, including ongoing International Court of Justice (ICJ) genocide genocide proceedings filed by South Africa, and November 2024 International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
