Targeting of the US Navy's 5th Fleet Headquarters in Bahrain with IRGC Missiles and Drones

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the commencement of "Operation True Promise 4" in response to what it described as American-Zionist aggression against Iranian territory. The statement confirmed that IRGC missiles and drones targeted the US Navy's 5th Fleet Headquarters in Bahrain, in addition to other US bases in Qatar and the UAE, as well as military and security centers deep within the Occupied Territories, asserting they sustained heavy strikes.

According to Statement No. 2 issued by the IRGC following the launch of "Operation True Promise 4":

• The confrontation against the "criminal" US military and the "child-killing Zionist entity" began with divine assistance through the implementation of the first phase of "Operation True Promise 4." This involved large-scale attacks by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the regional targets of the aggressor enemy.

• IRGC missiles and drones targeted the US 5th Fleet Headquarters in Bahrain, other US bases in Qatar and the UAE, and military and security centers in the heart of the Occupied Territories, achieving direct and powerful hits.

• The statement emphasized that missile and drone attacks by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran are ongoing**, with further details to be announced later.
