"Beirut Time" reports that Army Commander Rudolf Haikal briefed officials and Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri on 4 definitive "No's" previously stated by the military delegation in Washington:

No to Pilot Zones: Rejected starting deployments in areas like Ali El-Taher, Froun, and Zawtarain to avoid clashes with residents. This is viewed as a violation of the framework agreement, which excludes areas north of the Litani, following Israel's retraction of its immediate withdrawal promise.
