Vice President of the Iranian Parliament:
• We have prepared a draft law for the management of the Strait of Hormuz that prohibits Israeli vessels from passing through at any time.
• The draft law prevents vessels from hostile nations from crossing the Strait unless they pay war reparations.
• The draft law allows all other vessels to pass only after obtaining a permit and approval from Iran.
• The draft law regarding the Strait will be adopted in compliance with international laws and the rights of neighboring countries.
