The Priority for the Rome Negotiations

A durable framework for peace cannot be established while sovereign citizens remain held as political leverage. Diplomatic negotiations in Rome must incorporate a clear mechanism for human rights and international law:

1️⃣Immediate Account and Disclosure: Israeli authorities must disclose the location and physical status of every Lebanese citizen abducted since October 2023.

2️⃣ Unrestricted ICRC Access: Immediate entry must be granted to the Red Cross and international human rights monitors to inspect facilities, deliver medical care, and facilitate family communications.

3️⃣ Mandatory Unconditional Release: The full repatriation of all illegally transferred Lebanese detainees must be integrated as an essential, non-negotiable condition for any final security agreement.
