"Since Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon, the full lifting of the naval blockade, and the departure of American terrorist forces from the Persian Gulf and the region are fundamental conditions for the agreement between Iran and the United States, the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until these two conditions are met.
For their own security and safety, all vessels are requested not to approach the Strait of Hormuz. Any ship or naval craft that violates this directive will be targeted."
