Vance on Iran:
▪️ There are people within the Iranian regime who already recognize that the last 47 years of their rule has been a mistake, and that they need to change their relationship with the United States.
▪️ We are going to give negotiations every possible chance to succeed. However, if they attempt to rebuild their nuclear program, refuse inspections, or resume firing on commercial vessels, the President still has plenty of options on the table.
