Trump Continues His Colonial Delirium… Tehran Warns: Tampering With Our Interests Could Trigger an “Earthquake”!

In a new escalation, U.S. President Donald Trump published a map of the Strait of Hormuz, referring to it as “new American territory” — a position reflecting a mindset that treats strategic international waterways as if they were possessions available for appropriation.

This came alongside a new package of U.S. sanctions targeting the Iranian economy, in an attempt to impose Washington’s will beyond its borders through economic pressure.

🇮🇷 Tehran: The Response Will Match the Escalation

Mohsen Rezaei, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, warned that countries joining the U.S. economic war could be treated as hostile parties, indicating that targeting U.S. economic interests and oil companies could become an option.

He issued a stark warning to Washington, stressing that any new adventure would be met with

“a devastating earthquake.”

Iranian Armed Forces Chief of Staff Major General Ali Abdollahi likewise stressed that any Iranian military response to threats from its adversaries would be

overwhelming, painful, and destructive.

Meanwhile, the Iranian Foreign Ministry described Washington’s policy as

“economic terrorism”

and “bullying” that would ultimately fail to bring Iran to its knees.

The Strait of Hormuz Remains a Strategic Lever

Despite sanctions and threats, Iran continues to assert its ability to manage the situation around the Strait of Hormuz and influence maritime traffic through this vital strategic waterway.

At the same time, powers such as China continue to reject Washington’s unilateral sanctions policy, highlighting the widening gap between the United States’ attempt to impose a unipolar economic order and the forces pushing toward a more multipolar world.

Washington is raising the stakes… but Tehran’s message is clear: sovereignty is not an American gift.
