They campaign for its immediate withdrawal, citing a global trend away from capital punishment.

Stopping the Law: Opponents of the bill state that it can be stopped through: International Diplomatic Pressure: Concerted pressure, particularly from Israel's key allies like the United States and European nations, warning of diplomatic consequences. Internal Israeli : Failure to maintain a coalition majority for the bill if security or legal officials (like the Attorney General) argue strongly against it.
