In a new recording, former Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif once again attacked the Quds Force, in a move that, according to the report, further exposes his hostility toward the Quds Force and the martyred commander Qassem Soleimani.

Zarif stated:

“Our ambassadors in Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq are representatives of the Quds Force because we view these countries as threats.”

These remarks bring back memories of the leaked 2021 recording in which Zarif described the role of the martyred commander Qassem Soleimani in foreign policy as having

“dominated the work of his ministry.”

At the time, the remarks sparked outrage from the Supreme Leader, whom the report refers to as a martyr, who described them as

“repeating the arguments of the enemies.”
