▪️ Qatari officials are participating in the ongoing talks between Iran and Oman in Muscat regarding the Strait of Hormuz, according to a diplomat familiar with the matter.

▪️ A regional source stated that the parties are discussing a potential joint statement regarding the full opening of the "Middle Channel" in the Strait of Hormuz (which is located in international waters) to ensure complete and free navigation.

Note: There are no international waters in the Strait of Hormuz; rather, they are territorial waters belonging to Iran and Oman that extend and overlap with each other.
